The opportunities of biochar for the agriculture and food sector

Innovations and trends for the agricultural and food sector have been the main topic at the 61st International Fair of Agricultural and Food. Within this focus Tanja Bergez Krivec from the Slowenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Štajerska used the possibility to present the project Alps4GreenC with its activities. Biochar offers many opportunities for agricultural and food producers to turn biobased residues into valuable products that substitute fossil ones.
