Information on collection of data in association with event registration (according to Art. 13 GDPR)
In compliance with GDPR, the Alpine Space programme collects and processes the data you provide when registering for this event only as far as absolutely necessary. The personal data collected includes your name, surname and contact data, such as e-mail address.
Basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is your registration for the respective event. With your registration you gave consent to processing of this data for the purpose of your participation in the event.
Your personal data might be shared with third parties, e.g. when included in a list of participants. This might include other event participants as well as auditing bodies. If you don’t want your registration data to be shared, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
The data will only be stored as long as necessary for the realisation of the event and documentation for proof of eligibility of costs purposes.
Information on legal remedies
You can withdraw consent at any time by way of addressing an e-mail to email@example.com.
In compliance with GDRP, you have the right to request from ASP access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing the data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. Simply address ASP through an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Furthermore you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case you believe your right of protection of personal data has been violated.
