Partners met for the 1st time in Torino, Italy, to kick off the “Empowering local governance of Alpine communities for a better quality of life” project (aka. GOVQoL). With only two years to tackle such an important topic as the governance of quality of life in Alpine communities, the consortium dove right into the preparation of the project’s first tasks:
- Reaching out to external stakeholders to build up a community of observers around the project – our very own ringing board to collect feedback about project outputs and increase impact of our results – give us a shout if you are interested!
- Building the first interview questionnaire aimed at local communities i.e. local policy-makers, economic stakeholders, community groups, etc. to start connecting with Alpine territories and feed our 1st position paper.
