35 Energy Consultants Trained to Help Protect Buildings from Extreme Weather

As part of the project activities under the ADAPTNOW initiative, the Vorarlberg Energy Institute (EIV) successfully trained 35 energy consultants by the end of the year 2024 to advise on protecting buildings from damage caused by extreme weather events.

Starting in February 2025, these trained advisors will be available to property owners, offering personalized guidance on protection measures against heavy rain and storms.

The training programme also included online sessions attended by four energy agencies from Germany and Austria. These agencies aim to develop similar initiatives to enhance resilience to extreme weather conditions in their regions.
