The Forest EcoValue Project Plenary Committee convened amidst the charming setting of Graz, Austria, from April 9 to 11, 2024, marking a significant milestone in the project’s journey towards fostering sustainable forest management practices.
Held within the premises of the Styrian Wood Cluster, project partners had the opportunity to focus on the implementation of the network of Living Labs. Through immersive participatory process simulation sessions and group works centered around the application of the Business Model Canvas within these Living Labs, participants engaged in robust discussions aimed at optimizing the project’s efficacy and impact.
Moreover, project partners embarked on a captivating field trip, venturing into the heart of the Austrian Living Lab to gain firsthand experience of forestry practices within the Graz vicinity. Amidst this exploration, attendees were afforded invaluable insights into a spectrum of forestry methodologies, spanning from time-honored traditional practices to cutting-edge ecological approaches and digital innovations, immersing themselves in the rich Styrian tradition along the way.
