AlpFoodway at the Interpretive Consumer Research Workshop

On May 9th and 10th, AlpFoodway will be at the Interpretive Consumer Research workshop in Lyon. On this occasion, Prof. Diego Rinallo, in charge of AlpFoodway work package 2 researching the commercial valorisation of Alpine food heritage, will talk about the issues determined by the multidisciplinar nature of the AlpFoodway project and by the number of different people it involves, and how partners managed to overcome these difficulties as the project progressed.

Territorial Brands in the Alpine Region | International workshop
EUSALP Action Group 6, sub-group 2 “Future-oriented farming and forestry” presents a lunch-to-lunch international workshop on “Territorial Brands in the Alpine Region” on 13 and 14 May 2019 at EURAC Research in Bolzano/Bozen (IT). Here, Prof. Diego Rinallo from Kedge Business School will disclose the results of the research carried out within the AlpFoodway project and will moderate the discussion about how collective brands can help sprout local development. AlpFoodway project manager, Mr. Cassiano Luminati, will present the 100% Valposchiavo project as a best practice in territorial brand building.
